Understanding what florals are seasonally usually available for your wedding, noting Mother Nature is constantly changing
Access to amazing suppliers to provide quality products (with years spent building relationships)
Knowing your venue and other local vendors & how they operate, for example having a dream team creating your vision creates incredible results!
Ordering & selecting your beautiful florals & styling products, including market runs and calculating how much we need of every single item
Arranging logistics and storage of your florals in the lead up to your wedding day (note there’s a lot of hours spent behind the scenes & prep work that goes on in the two weeks prior)
Researching and selecting the perfect vessels and mechanics for your design elements and preparing these so they are ready to go
Condition, love, and care for all of your florals and foliage during the week and day of & knowing when they’ll be at their peak (hint: each type of flower has various needs to ensure they are perfect for you on your day)
Creating the actual magic and bringing all the elements together to create each physical design, which is hours and hours of work alone and takes a team effort
Knowing how to pack them safely and transport the designs and florals to your venue(s) so they look amazing for your wedding day
Knowing how to set everything up, to style your venue, to consider plan b options, if things change (they often do, due to guest numbers, weather, etc)
Providing advice and tips on how to hold and present your florals for those inspo worthy images, after all you want these memories to last way beyond your wedding day!
