Frequently Asked Questions
Wedding Flowers
1. How do I book a consultation?
We love getting to know our clients! The first step is to book a consultation by submitting an enquiry here. This allows us to have a quick chat and understand your vision.
2. How far in advance do I need to book for my wedding flowers?
We suggest booking with us 9-12 months before your wedding date to secure our availability. While we can accommodate shorter planning timelines, booking early allows us to customize every detail to your vision. An initial payment of 25% is required to secure our availability and services for your wedding date. Our process includes making contact with you 12 weeks out to start finalizing arrangements, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with your expectations. Nothing needs to be firmly set in stone until 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day.
3. Do I need to have a theme or style in mind for my wedding?
You don’t need to have a fully formed theme, and there’s no need to worry about having all the answers just yet! It helps to have an idea of the flowers and designs you love, and even a few inspiration photos can make all the difference. As experts in wedding florals, we're here to guide you through the options and help you craft a celebration that feels uniquely you, no matter where you’re at in the planning process. You can download a copy of Our Favourite Blooms and Foliage to see a snapshot of what's in season and usually available month by month.
